What happens if my refund is rejected?
If our Sygnature team observes the product to be damaged, used or pass the return date, then we can NOT issue a refund. All items will be returned to its purchaser promptly after review.
It’s passed 14 days and I haven’t received my refund.
If you haven’t received your full refund after a 14 day period, please press the “Contact Us” tab. From here you can email our Sygnature team and we will instruct you on the next step.
Can I exchange my item for a new one?
At the moment, Sygnature does not offer an exchange program. However, you can return the item and if the item is in good condition, we will refund your money.
The product I ordered is damaged
If an item you ordered arrives damaged, please press the “Contact Us” tab and provide your full name, order number and damaged item(s). We will provide you with instructions on returning the product and a refund will be issued promptly.
Please remember you have 7 days after delivery to return any item.
